In this project, the focus was to create a toilet we think has the best specifications that suit the criteria we set as a goal. Defining the structure and perception of a product, setting functional, design, economic, aesthetic, and technological characteristics was one of the main topics besides studio work.

The proportion of toilet in relation to human dimension

The proportion of old toilet in relation to new designed toilet

As a result of research, the final product was created using 3D modeling tools to visualize the idea.

The toilet prototype is minimalistic and simple, blending seamlessly into any bathroom interior with its modern, yet timeless ceramic body.

Design quality was increased due to improved, yet familiar aesthetics. Quality of living was improved thanks to the following features. Cleaning the product was made easier due to rimless technology. Safety is increased by adding soft-close hinges that allow the slow closing of a toilet seat. With that, safety for children was also improved. The noiseless closing of a toilet seat was enabled as an extra benefit.
